How to take care my polymer clay earrings?
Store your earrings in a clean, dry place. Avoid contact with water. To clean, gently wipe with a baby wipe or a soft damp cloth. If you have makeup stains on your clay earrings, use nail polish remover to clean the stain.
Please note that polymer clay earrings are delicate, avoid dropping or bending them as this may cause damage.
Can I swap earrings findings?
Yes, I'm happy to swaps the findings if you need. Please leave a note at checkout or contact us before placing your order.
How long does the processing & shipping take?
Processing time: As all items are handmade solely by me, please allow 1-10 business days for the item to be handcrafted, packaged and shipped.
Shipping time:
Domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking numbers, the estimated transit time is 2-7 business days, although transit delays may occur.
The estimated transit time for most international orders is 2 weeks to 4 weeks according to Australia Post. However, the delivery may delay due to custom clearance, foreign holidays or long distances.
Please note, DIS n DAT Jewelry is not responsible for lost, stolen and damaged packages.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I offer shipping internationally, you can find our your destination country on the Australia Post page and calculate the shipping time.
Please be mindful of your own country's customs regulations, as DIS n DAT Jewelry is not responsible for any taxes, custom fees, loss or damage resulting from your country's package processing and delivery system. Depending on the laws and regulations of your country of residence, you might have to pay additional customs fees or taxes in order to you receive your package.
Can I return or exchange my earrings?
Due to hygiene reason and the one-of-a-kind nature of the product I make, I do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges of any kind. Please be aware that all sales are final. Please read the product description, dimensions and shipping policy carefully before you place the order, or contact me if you have any questions.
If a package is returned to me because of an incorrect address or lack of claim on the part of the buyer, a refund will not be issued. Buyer will be held responsible to repay shipping costs before the item ships out again.
