Processing time

Processing time refers to the time that takes me to handcrafted the items you purchase. As all the items I sell are handmade solely by me, please allow 2-10 business days for your order to be handcrafted, packaged and shipped. 

Domestic shipping

Domestic orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post with tracking numbers, the estimated transit time is 2-7 business days, although transit delays may occur. 

Please note, DIS n DAT Jewelry is not responsible for lost, stolen and damaged packages. 

International shipping

International shipping preferences can be selected during checkout. You can find our your destination country on the Australia Post page and the estimated shipping time. 

The estimated transit time for most international orders is 2 weeks to 4 weeks according to Australia Post. However, the delivery may delay due to custom clearance, foreign holidays or long distances. 

Please be mindful of your own country's customs regulations, as DIS n DAT Jewelry is not responsible for any taxes, custom fees, loss or damage resulting from your country's package processing and delivery system. Depending on the laws and regulations of your country of residence, you might have to pay additional customs fees or taxes in order to you receive your package.

Lost & damaged package 

Once your package is accepted and scanned into transit system with the carrier, DIS n DAT Jewelry is not responsible for lost, missing, stolen or damaged packages. Please contact the carrier or your local post office for assistance and reference your provided tracking number.

Changing address

Please ensure you provide the correct address at checkout. Contact me within 48 hours if you'd like to change the shipping address of your order.

If a package is returned to me because of an incorrect address or lack of claim on the part of the buyer, a refund will not be issued. Buyer will be held responsible to repay shipping costs before the item ships out again.
